Most general medical masks use electrostatic melt-blown materials, which filter and protect particles larger than bacteria (PM 3 ), but the particles smaller then PM 2.5 are harmful to the human body (particles below PM2.5 are collectively referred to as PM2.5). In addition, the filtering effect of electrostatic materials will begin to decline with the moisture of breathing when worn, and electrostatic filter materials cannot effectively filter oily fume particles (for example: oil fumes, exhaust fumes from automobiles and motorcycles... ) and cannot effectively block oily particles. The electrostatic filter material is also not washable, spray alcohol for disinfection.

:dc mask provide over 95% protection of PM0.075 particles. The nano-film filter material can protect fine particles and  oily areosuls particles at the same time. It is suitable for daily air pollution PM2.5, work occupational environment and germ health protection. There are 3 grands of mask , which divide as N Grade (non-oil Proof), R Grade (Oil Resistance) , and P Grade(oil Proof). 
The P grade is the highest-level mask, and its protection is better than the N grade mask.

The "N" of the N95 mask stands for non oil proof, which is the protection of "non" oily particles.

  Oily particles include exhaust fumes from automobiles and motorcycles, factory fumes, kitchen fumes, barbecue fumes, etc. Nowadays, as long as you go out, you will face the threat of oily pollution particles.

Cleaning of masks can be divided into cleaning against microorganisms (germs) or fine particles
For microorganisms (germs), it is recommended to use 75% / 95% alcohol, hypochlorous acid water, or your trusted disinfectant to spray and sterilize the inside and outside of the mask. After the disinfectant evaporates and dries, it can be used again.

For the cleaning of particles and oil frums, it is recommended  clean under clean  water for about 30 seconds to 60 seconds, then dry it. If you have oily skin, you can also wash it with warm water. Warm water is easier to clean the oil.

We Suggest mask should clean everyday, and 
3D mask could use 5-7 days, and replace with a new mask.
Fitted Flat mask use for 3-4 days, and replace with a new mask.
Flat mask use for 2-3 days, and replace with a new mask.
If the nano membrane damaged or the mask becomes stuffy during this period, please replace it with a new one.

Please avoid rubbing when cleaning, so as not to damage the stiffness of the mask.

The mask is a personal hygiene product. Once the outer box is opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive the product and have any dissatisfaction after inspection, please do not open the box to use, thank you!

General active carbon mask could not protect you get away from kitchen Fume smoke.
Active carbon need a period of time to  absorb the small, however when we breath, there is no enough time for active carbon to absorn the small. Moreover, the small of active carbon mask is very heavy, the small of the mask is much heavy then outside smoke, when you wear it, you will smell the mask instead of the other smoke.

We  use same grade of nano filter for our mask, that no matter 3D mask, Fitted Flat mask, or flat mask, all provide same protection, and could be washable and sprayed with 75%-95% alcohol to reuse it.

The QR code can show you quality and production tracking history of the masks contained in the package box. Each pack of the mask has a specific serial number for quality and production history tracking. All the films are tested and certificated by independent 3rd party to ensure the quality before they are made into masks. :dc Mask has consider ergonomics into our design, that :dc mask fit most of people ‘s face, however if you would like to enhance the fitness more, you could take our mask accessories set to enhance the fitness.

We recommend choosing your masks based on your shirt size.  If you wear size S and M or have a smaller face, please choose size M.  If you wear size L and XL, choose size L.  Size S masks are for children up to 3rd grade.
